We design, plant, and/or maintain nearly 100 properties every year.  Our maintenance crews work in some 60 properties every week.  So we know what plants are robust, easy to maintain.  We also know the weak ones. We see time and again what works artistically and functionally, but also what plants are hardy or deer bait in one part of town, but not others.  We will recommend evergreens that deer won't chomp, the next hurricane won't drown, and the town snowplowing trucks won't salt to death.

We know what works in Fairfield County.  We live here.

Our staff is uniquely trained: Dennis Leahy, Owner -- spent 17 years in children's software and electronics development at global companies such as LEGO and The Learning Company before starting BREN Landscaping back in 2003.  He led development teams on products that had to be colorful, fun, engaging and built to a certain budget.  His family is in construction, which is how he paid his way through UConn.
